Field of research
Screening of pests in vegetable agriculture by convolutional neural network applied to UHR images
The project aims to develop pest detection methods in market gardening. The screening will be carried out on ultra high resolution images. These images will be acquired from robots, cellular devices, tractors or drone. Images will be processed using convolutional neural network (CNN). The CNN developed can be used to spatially target the presence and absence of pests. This information is critical in the intelligent management of plant protection products applied in the field.
